Calling all groundup leaders: Are you ready to break new ground and contribute meaningfully to the groundup ecosystem?

Presenting the first-ever Groundbreakers Leadership Programme, curated exclusively for groundup leaders!

Held from November 2024 to March 2025, this immersive 16-week journey is designed to elevate your groundup leadership skills by evolving and embracing growth and new ways of collaboration, to create lasting impact and take your groundup initiative to new heights. Expect a dynamic mix of masterclasses with experts and insightful reflection sessions that will equip you with vital leadership tools and skills!

The programme is centred around three core pillars:

Purpose and Leadership 💪🏼

• Articulate your purpose and elevate your groundup with newfound leadership skills.

Systems Thinking 💭  

• Be more cognisant of how your groundup fits into the ecosystem and its potential for lasting social impact

Strategy 💡

• Leverage insights from the first two pillars to take strategic actions over the next 12 months for your groundup’s success
   

All sessions are held in-person at the NVPC Multi-Purpose Hall, 6 Eu Tong Sen St, #04-88, The Central, S(059817).


Key Information

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Leaders of groundups (founders/co-founders/core team leaders)
• At least one year track record of operating or running initiatives across any social cause area
• Able to commit to a minimum of 4 Masterclasses (at least one session each from the three pillars) and 4 BTea sessions

🔹 Application Period: Tuesday, 1 October 2024 – Wednesday, 23 October 2024  

• Download the Expression of Interest form.
• Submit your completed form to hey@bagustogether.sg with email subject: Groundbreakers Leadership Programme_Your Name_Groundup Name.
• Our team will review the forms and reach out to shortlisted applicants for a friendly chat 😊 
• Applicants will be informed of the outcome via email from 30 October 2024 onwards.
